Server Specifications

Built on the Godaddy Cloud, the server is a 8-Core VPS, in a closeby Los Angeles, California Datacenter. For RAM allotment there is 16Gb available to the server, while the Hard Drive has 400Gb of space.

The server can respond to the demand of clients sites and traffic, scaling up or down to optimize for any needs that may arize.

Software and Security

In terms of software within the server needed to manage websites consist of the Latest edition of cPanel/WHM, the premier hosting environment of choice. This allows for easy administration of SSL and TLS enabled websites, ensuring Certificates stay current and ciphers used remain current. The current database supports many features, currently including mbstring, by default.

The server provides an optimal environment for Wordpress hosting, PHP/Database application hosting, and even Tomcat/JSP/Java application hosting. We also support python hosting as well as a terminal or console available to users of the server.

Realiablity and Backups

The server boasts 99% uptime, and backups of every website are made every day, and stored on the cloud for expedited access.

Current Site

This website was build using Java/JSP/Tomcat & a MySQL database. It uses the MVC Pardigm to organize programming into Model-View-Controller pages. Using Java to power websites separates the Business Logic from the Style and Appearance of the website. A full application was written in Java and was united with a full html5/css3 design. The resulting website allows for not only performance and aethetics, but a way for the programming to be reused on each page, as well.

The base item in this site is an html element. Each of the transparent boxes in this site, was made to responsively contain elements stored in the database.

The Bootsrap CSS Framework was used to rapidly develop the responsive web design needed to ensure each html element displays without error on Desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, whether Android or iPhone.
